By Jeffrey Buck

Woodward has changed drastically over the years. It’s been widened. It’s had street cars. It once was mainly residential. It’s a special road and continues to evolve today. M-1 RAIL is currently under construction and WA3 is working hard to preserve and showcase this historic avenue.
