Paul Buck

Paul Buck is currently studying Sports Management at Central Michigan University. He hails from Royal Oak, MI having graduated from George A. Dondero High School in 2006. He is an intern with the Central Michigan Sports Marketing Department. Paul is an avid sports fan, collects autographs from professional athletes and enjoys catching the latest episodes of Eastbound & Down on HBO.

Jason Smith

Jason Smith (or Jay Scott as he’s known to listeners on his radio show Real TalkFM, 107.5 WGPR-FM) is a graduate of Renaissance High School (1997), Michigan State University (2003, with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication) and The Specs Howard School of Broadcast Arts (2004). He currently is enrolled as a graduate student at Wayne State University, where he is working toward a Master’s Degree in Journalism. The (westside) Detroit native is the sports editor at The South End, the official student newspaper of WSU and is a member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc.

Collin Porteus

Collin Porteus graduated from Michigan State University with a B.A. in Film. He currently lives in Royal Oak, although he has spent time living in Connecticut, and is a bartender at Rosie O’Grady’s Irish Pub in Ferndale. He’s an avid sports fan, enjoys a competitive game of shuffleboard at the local pub and has seen more movies than you can imagine.

Nicole Vowell

Nicole Vowell is a 2009 graduate from Wayne State University’s Broadcast Journalism program. She currently is a freelance writer and web reporter for Patch.com. She is a former intern of both WDIV-TV Local 4 news Detroit & WJBK-TV Fox 2 News Detroit. She enjoys cooking and taking herself on “Me Dates” to Barnes and Noble where she shares coffee and columns with herself. She plans to go back to school to get her Master’s Degree in Teaching.

Mina Bloom

Mina Bloom, a Highland Park, IL native, studied Magazine Journalism at Columbia College in Chicago. She is currently a freelance Project Editor for Forbes Travel Guide and a frequent contributor to the Logan Square Literary Review. While at Columbia, Bloom wrote for The A.V. Club as well as Time Out Chicago Magazine and held the position of Arts & Culture Editor at the Columbia Chronicle. She loves to read fiction and can’t get enough of anything “Hello Kitty.”
